Department of Botany, Bishop Abraham Memorial College, Thuruthicad organized a national Webinar on “Generation of Transgenic Mice by Gene Editing Research” on 2nd February 2021 at 10 am for PG & UG students, Teachers and Research Scholars across India. Dr. Santhosh C. Varghese, Senior Research Associate, Hatfield Research Centre, Oregon Health and Science University, Portland, USA was the Resource Person. A total of seventy-one participants from Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu has participated. The programme was conducted in online mode using Misoft Teams.
