Admissions

The admission schedule and procedure are subject to change as per the guidelines issued by university from time to time. Visit M. G. University Centralized Allotment page (CAP) for more details.
  • Applicants who wish to apply for Management quota seats should register themselves in the CAP merit category initially and then submit an online application to the college, which is available in the college website.
  • The management quota admission is based on the rank list approved by the management on the basis of index marks of the applicants.
  • The procedure for taking admission is same as the CAP Admission.

  • After the final submission of application to Merit quota seats, candidates who wish to apply for Community Merit quota seats may choose the option corresponding to Community Merit  quota.
  • In the case of Community Merit quota, select the community applicable to the candidate. Please note that community merit seats are available in aided colleges alone.
  • Upload the digital copy of the community certificate issued by the competent revenue authority
  • Register options and Submit the application

  • Applicants who wish to apply for sports/cultural/PD quota seats should register themselves in the CAP merit category initially and then register options in the non-cap category. After completing the online registration in the CAP category, candidates may login using the same application number and password in the Non cap login page and select the category to which the applicant wishes to apply and upload the necessary certificates in proof of participation/disability.
  • Options may be given according to the applicant’s preference. The applicant can give up to forty options. B. A. M. College is specialized in Hand ball (boys and girls), Volleyball, Cricket and Football. Those who are meritorious in the said events at higher secondary level may apply through university admission portal.

  • Applicants who wish to apply should register themselves in the CAP Applicants can choose up to a maximum of 40 choices for the allotment. The applicant can access the prospectus and schedule of admission by log in to their portal.
  • UG CAP normally has four allotments and PG CAP normally has two allotmentsfor all candidates. Normally there are two special allotments for SC/ST students apart from the normal allotments. There may be supplementary/ spot allotments to the vacant seats after the normal and SC/ST special allotments.
  • Allotments will publish on the basis of university schedule and the same will be available in the applicant’s portal.
  • After getting the allotment, students must pay the necessary allotment fees to the university through online mode and then choose mode of admission (either Permanent or Temporary). Students must then report to the college on or before the last date of joining for each allotment with the print out of allotment memo and necessary documents, along with their parents.

  • Fee Remittance Slip (if Required)
  • 2 Photos (size – 2.3cm x 2.6 cm)
  • Letter from Sponsor (for management and community quota)
  • Letter from Parish (for community quota)
  • Non Creamy layer certificate (for fees concession)
  • Community certificate (for SC/ST students)
  • Income certificate and Asset Certificate from the revenue authorities concerned as stipulated in GO (MS) No.128/2020/H Edn dated 20/03/2020 in the case of candidates who wish to avail of reservation under EWS.
  • Candidates who wish to avail of bonus/weightage of marks shall produce the relevant certificates
