The college is owned and managed by the Bishop Abraham Memorial Trust Association an interdenominational society registered in 1965 under the Travancore-Cochin Literary, Scientific and Charitable Societies Act. The Bishop Abraham Memorial Trust Association is the Educational Agency of the Bishop Abraham Memorial College. The society currently has twelve Board Members. The intention of the management is to open doors of Higher Education to the marginalized sections of the society. The management provides excellent support and encouragement to the Academic community of the college.
