Rev. Dr. T. C. George Memorial Lecture and Award
The Founder’s Day celebration of B.A.M. College and the conferment of the prestigious Rev. Dr. T. C. George Award was held on 4th February 2021. The function was presided over by the College Manager, Er. Abraham J. George and was inaugurated by the Bishop of Madhya Kerala Diocese, Dr. Malayil Sabu Koshy Cherian.
Rev. Dr. T. C. George Memorial Lecture of the year ‘Renaissance in Kerala and Christian Values’ was delivered by Rev. Dr. John Philip Attatharayil, Principal, Kombady Episcopal Jubilee Institute. Dr. Jose Parakadavil, Former Principal, B.A.M. College shared his reminiscences about Rev. Dr. T. C. George.
Rev. Dr. T. C. George Award is a prestigious award instituted in memory of the great visionary and is presented every year to selected educators or institutions based on exemplary services rendered to the rural people. This year the award was presented to St. Mary’s College, Manarcaud for their significant contributions to the life of the people in their locality. Dr. Punnen Kurien, Principal, St. Mary’s College, Manarcaud received the award from Dr. Malayil Sabu Koshy Cherian.
