Diamond Jubilee Celebrations of Bishop Abraham Memorial College Inaugurated by Dr. P. S. Sreedharan Pillai, Honorable Governor of Goa

Bishop Abraham Memorial (BAM) College proudly inaugurated its Diamond Jubilee Celebrations on March 18, 2025, marking six decades of academic excellence and service to society. The grand event was inaugurated by Dr. P. S. Sreedharan Pillai, Honorable Governor of Goa, who lauded the institution’s remarkable contributions to education. The Diamond Jubilee inauguration stands as a testament to the institution’s commitment to education, research, and community service. 

Rt. Rev. Dr. Joseph Mar Barnabas Suffragan Metropolitan unveiled the foundation stone for the upcoming Diamond Jubilee Memorial Library and Media Centre. This visionary project will serve as a beacon of knowledge for generations to come, symbolising the college’s commitment to academic excellence and digital transformation.

Dr. Mathew P. Joseph, the College Manager, highlighted the institution’s dedication to holistic education and its role in shaping young minds. College CEO Er. Abraham J. George emphasised the importance of adapting to evolving educational landscapes. Prof. P. J. Kurien, former Deputy Chairman of the Rajya Sabha and former Member of Parliament, reflected on the college’s contributions to society and its commitment to academic excellence. College Principal Dr. Aneeshkumar G. S. shared insights on future initiatives and the institution’s continuous pursuit of innovation.
